At this present time, we are unable to offer intensive services to young people presenting with complex mental health needs, who would require a multi-disciplinary approach. At present we are not able to provide services for young people presenting with self-harm or suicidal behaviour or thinking, drug and alcohol misuse, severe depression/psychosis, PTSD or active eating disorders.

Assessments are usually in person. Consultations, therapy, and supervision can be in person or online, whichever works best.
After an assessment I prepare a clear written report with practical recommendations. We go through it together so you know what to do next.
I keep communication simple and regular. With your consent, I can share key recommendations with school so everyone is working from the same plan.
I'm based in Cavan and work with families and organisations across Ireland. School or site visits can be arranged. If travel costs apply, we agree them in advance.
Fees depend on the service and time involved. I share full costs before you book so there are no surprises.
