Professional Supervision for demanding roles

Confidential reflective support for teachers, psychologists, and professionals in demanding roles.

Why choose supervision?

Working in education, psychology, or other high-pressure roles can be rewarding but also draining. Supervision gives you structured time to step back, talk through challenges, and make sense of the demands you face.

It’s not therapy and it’s not observation — it’s confidential support focused on your role and wellbeing.

Feeling the weight of your role?

Supervision gives you space to reflect, talk it through, and find clarity without judgement.

Who I work with

I provide supervision for people working across education and professional settings, including:

  • Teachers and principals

  • School and education staff

  • Psychologists and allied professionals

  • Healthcare and organisational staff in demanding roles

What you can expect from Professional Supervision sessions

Supervision is a regular, confidential meeting where you can bring real situations from your work. We reflect on what’s happening, explore options, and focus on both your professional growth and your wellbeing.

Sessions can be:

  • One-to-one or in small groups

  • Online or in person

  • Flexible in frequency (e.g. monthly, termly, or as needed)
