Working in education, psychology, or other high-pressure roles can be rewarding but also draining. Supervision gives you structured time to step back, talk through challenges, and make sense of the demands you face.
It’s not therapy and it’s not observation — it’s confidential support focused on your role and wellbeing.

Supervision gives you space to reflect, talk it through, and find clarity without judgement.

I provide supervision for people working across education and professional settings, including:
Teachers and principals
School and education staff
Psychologists and allied professionals
Healthcare and organisational staff in demanding roles

Supervision is a regular, confidential meeting where you can bring real situations from your work. We reflect on what’s happening, explore options, and focus on both your professional growth and your wellbeing.
Sessions can be:
One-to-one or in small groups
Online or in person
Flexible in frequency (e.g. monthly, termly, or as needed)

Over the past 10+ years I’ve supported families, schools and organisations across Ireland. I use evidence-based approaches that work in real life, not just on paper.
