Our Approach

Dr. Louise Reilly

Over the past 10 years I’ve supported children, families, schools, and organisations across Ireland. My role is to make sense of what’s happening, explain it clearly, and agree on the next steps together.

I don’t believe in overwhelming you with jargon or theory. Every recommendation I give is grounded in research, but also tested in the real world — so it works at home, in school, or within your team.

I take a relational approach, which means involving the people who matter most in the process. Parents, teachers, and colleagues are part of the journey, not left on the outside. This way, the support feels joined-up and practical, instead of disconnected.
